Window decoration for large windows.
A large expanse of glass calls for a plan for the entire window. Discuss which sections work together and which you would like to operate independently.
Distribution across the glass surface
View the glass area as a whole and then section by section. A fixed window next to a door may require a different operating mechanism. Decide what should open together and what you would like to control separately. That is a more practical starting point than the total width alone.
Operation per section
A window near the seating area may be more overlooked than the window near the dining table. Mark those zones on your floor plan or explain them with photographs. Also indicate where you sit when the sun comes in. The arrangement should suit those everyday moments.
Clear space for the stacks
Curtains gather to the side of the glass; other systems have a stack or roll at the top. We assess the required clearance with the chosen solution. A wide track, corner or ceiling transition must also have a suitable fixing point.
Size limits per supplier
Size limits and operation belong to the specific system. A large width in an atmospheric photograph is no proof of what can be supplied. That is why we compare a continuous whole with a practical division and confirm the specification before ordering.
Good to know
One piece or several sections?
Start with the fixed and opening parts of your window and your preferred operation. We then establish which configuration suits the available systems.
Can I operate each zone separately?
That is a preference we discuss per system and configuration. Independent operation must also be logically accessible.
Which system limits apply to my size?
These are confirmed for the chosen specification. There is no general maximum width stated here that applies to all products.
We'll measure up for that.
Tell us about your window and your wishes. We will agree on the date and specification together.
