Can I request a quote without exact dimensions?
You do not need exact measurements for an initial advice conversation. For a quote, enter the product, colour, material, width and height for each window or door. Do not have those details yet? Contact us first so we can discuss what is needed.
How do I know which window decoration suits me?
We start with your wishes: atmosphere, privacy, light, and ease of use. We then look together at suitable products, fabrics, and colours, with attention to your interior and the possibilities of your windows.
Why is personal advice helpful when choosing a colour?
We like to look at a colour together with your floor, walls, furniture, and the light by your window. That way you make your choice in the surroundings where the window decoration will eventually hang.
Is my contact request confirmed when I choose a time of day?
On the contact page, choose a preferred date and time of day: morning (09.00–12.00), afternoon (12.00–17.00), or end of day (17.00–19.30). This is a request, not a directly confirmed appointment. We will arrange the time with you personally.
How do I send my contact request?
You submit your request directly via the website. After submission, a confirmation message or an error message will appear; you do not need to open an e-mail programme for this. A confirmation message is not yet a confirmed appointment.
How does OZKA contact me?
You choose how we get in touch: by phone, via WhatsApp, or by e-mail. Please enter the phone number or e-mail address that corresponds to your choice.
Does OZKA have a shop or showroom?
We do not have a physical shop. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and the options for a personal appointment.
Which areas does OZKA cover?

Do you also provide advice, measuring, and fitting?
Yes, advice, measuring up and installation are all part of our service. We discuss beforehand what is needed for your enquiry and include the agreed arrangements in the proposal.
What does made-to-measure window decoration cost?
We work that out in a personal quotation based on your windows, product choice, specification, and wishes. Tell us what you are looking for; we will then discuss the information needed for a suitable proposal.
What should I consider with young children at home?
When choosing, discuss the controls and where the window covering will be fitted. Keep cords and chains out of children’s reach, and do not place a cot or furniture where a child could climb up to them. Use the supplied safety devices according to the product instructions.
How do I keep my window coverings looking their best?
The right approach depends on the fabric, material and design. Check your product’s care instructions first. Unsure whether a fabric can be washed or which cleaner to use? Ask us before you begin.
When can my window coverings be delivered?
We will discuss this when you make your enquiry. Timing depends on factors including your chosen design and availability. A contact or quote request does not confirm a delivery or installation date.
